Over the last 16 years, she has worked with amazing teams completing over $2 billion and 2.7M SQF in project delivery, always aiming to execute with excellence. Her varied background drives me to continue learning everyday from the amazing people around me. As a leader, I am often motivating, coaching, caring, teaching but most of all hoping that I am training my future boss and the better leader of tomorrow. I hold teams accountable to strive for excellence and lead by example with complete transparency.
I believe that nothing is impossible, everything is possible through dedication, hard work and compassion. The future is today, it’s now and change starts with me, with us. You and I make a difference every day with the small details. Every opportunity is an investment for a better tomorrow. We are all responsible and accountable for change and success. I work to build a legacy of health, equity, and better opportunities and with direct impact to our communities.
